I have to tell you about some very cool plugins that I’ve recently added to our blog and I discovered them all from one place… MaxBlogpress. If you take a look throughout our blog you’ll see that there are a bunch of links placed within all our posts. Using the Ninja Affiliate plugin, you can automatically convert any keyword in your blog to an affiliate link instantly. You can also cloak your affiliate links, track them and manage them right from your WordPress text editor. And the best part is I’ve noticed quite an increase in click though rates and affiliate commissions! It is by far one of my favorite plugins created by Pawan Agarwal.

So if you look to our sidebar you’ll see another one of Pawan’s plugins, the DealDotCom plugin widget. Each day DealDotCom has only one product for sale with limited numbers of copies available and it gets sold at an insanely low price. DealDotCom not only offers you 35% commission of the profit, it also gives you 15% commission on the 2nd tier too. Not only will you earn money when somebody goes and buys from your referred link, you will also earn from the same person if he or she makes any purchase again in the future. It’s an easy way to monetize your blog.

I’m all into SEO, generating traffic and blogging and I was appalled when I discovered I was losing traffic because of a flaw in Wordpress’s pinging system. Did you know that WordPress pings whenever you edit and update any existing post? That’s not a good thing when I’m editing and updating posts all the time because I will get our blog banned from ping services because of excessive pinging! The Ping Optimizer solves his problem so when you edit an existing post, it won’t send an unnecessary ping to ping services thus saving your blog from getting banned.

I’ve also installed the SEO Post Link plugin but to be honest I haven’t had time to implement it yet. This plugin will make your post link short and SEO friendly… automatically!

And if you look up at the URL you’ll notice the new MentorNet favicon. I set this up in just a few minutes with this cool wordpress plugin. Favicons attract more traffic to your blog by standing out against others who don’t sport a favicon themselves. Because of the increased visibility you now have the opportunity to get a lot more repeat readers.

I have to hand it to Pawan for developing such cool and useful plugins and I’m really looking forward to his next creation. And do you know what else… his plugins are easy to install, clearly explained and high quality.
