Site flipping is definitely a lucrative business model and is possibly one of the safest ways to invest your money because it is so controllable and flexible. Unlike the stock market that can jump around from minute to minute and the housing market than is either too expensive or completely bottomed out (like it is today in 2008), website investing is a marketplace that is much more stable and full of rabid buyers.

But whilst many talk about finding a website for sale and actually buying it, what many don’t mention is the work that is required in actually adding value to the site. After all, if you can’t add value, there is little chance you’ll turn a profit.

What you need is a way to find feeds that are relevant to your website, and here it is: Chordata. Use the following search form to find a feed relevant to your site. Then bookmark it or copy the URL of the feed and save it somewhere on your computer.

2) Find a way to display that content on your site.

You’ve found an RSS or Atom feed that matches the topic you want your site optimized for. Now we’ll unlock the power of this technology and make it do the rest of the work for you: adding relevant, always-fresh content to your site so that search engines will consider your site a highly relevant and timely authority on that topic. Once you’ve completed this step, you won’t need to lift another finger, unless you want to optimize more of your webpages!
