Our firm is unique in that we specialize in both criminal and immigration cases. There are many times the two areas of law go hand in hand, and additional preparation and negotiation is necessary beyond that of a client that is a United States Citizen. A client’s life could potentially be destroyed if this extra preparation is overlooked.

There are many lawyers out there that either specialize in criminal or immigration, but it is rare to find a firm that specializes in both. We have the ability to offer our clients the benefit of consulting with two different attorneys under the same roof, thus reducing potential pitfalls in future representation.

I handle the majority of the immigration caseload for the firm. I have over 7 years of experience battling a wide range of immigration issues. We help people that are proactive with their immigration to the U.S. (visas of all types), and people that need to be reactive (deportation defense). Immigration is an area of law that is constantly changing, and these changes are often times politically driven. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and it is our responsibility to stay current with immigration law to better serve our clients needs.

Being a small firm, we readily make ourselves available to our clients through email, and even cell phone information is given out. There is no “red tape” to get in touch with one of our attorneys. We take pride in the fact that our firm is continually referred business through word of mouth, and we are extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to help so many people.
